Mountain bike is a sport where skills are playing an important role in safety and enjoyment when practicing it.
The years of experience in guiding groups and riding with cyclists of all levels have motivated us to offer MTB coaching services focused on improving the riding technique.
We have our own learning style that is summarized in working and improving the technique of our clients in a fun and relaxed way while enjoying a mountain bike adventure..
Itinerary
In order to facilitate the assimilation of new riding skills we started to organize a series of mountain bike camps. We chose different spots in some of our favorite areas, combining teaching sessions with discovery and exploring of beautiful places.
Our bike camps are open equally to local and foreign tourists, so an interesting cultural exchange may happen.
Also, to ensure you will have a great vacation and learn something new as well, we organize a few events each season, combining mtb tours with bike camps. First 3-4 days will be dedicated to a tour which will end with another 4 days spent on a bike camp.
Please check our Calendar for future events.
You can also have the choice to choose to participate only to the bike camp, or maybe take the tour after the event. Just contact us and we will find a solution fitted for you.
We will start the camp with the basic bike set-up and body position. After warming-up we will have an introduction in basic mountain bike riding techniques such as base position, pedaling, braking, cornering etc. The rest of the day will be spent by taking a bike ride in the surroundings, where we will apply the theoretical knowledge. We will split in at least 2 groups, which will ride different tracks in length and difficulty, so that everyone will have a pleasant experience.
The ride will be followed by a stretching session.
After a delicious dinner we will enjoy the photos and videos taken during the day.
Included services: breakfast, sandwiches for lunch, dinner, accommodation, guiding, coaching, photos
Our second day of riding will start with a warm-up followed by a skill session on a joyful track arranged by us, which aim is to improve your riding technique.
After the session, another riding adventure will wait us in the area. Beside the opportunity to experiences great places, you will also consolidate the knowledge received during the camp.
Again, we will end the ride with a stretching session, followed by a traditional dinner. Massage and spa facilities may available, depending on locations.
Included services: breakfast, sandwiches for lunch, dinner, accommodation, guiding, coaching, photos
For the last day, according to your schedule, we may either do a shorter ride, or assist you on transferring back to the airport.

During summer time weather in Romania can be very warm to hot, with short periods of cold rainy days and with regulary summer storms with lightnings and thunders during afternoons. Temperatures during summer can vary from 5 degrees Celsius in the morning to as much as 35 degrees at noon (even 40 degrees in the southern part of Romania).
Romania, a country from the east part of Europe is a place little known for the rest of the World, but wich has a lot to offer.
Romania’s mountains are considered to be one of the last wild places in Europe beeing home of more than half of Europe’s large carnivores like bears and wolves. With almost half of its population living in the countryside, Romania and its villages is the place where you can still experience the rural lifestyle, in its true sense, witnessing ancient old traditions and customs, wich are extinct in other parts of Europe. People are still working and living from the land, using their own hands and animals for this. They still use horse drawn carts for carrying stuff and colecting hay in the old ways. But this fragile paradise is facing extinction due to globalization, Eu regulation (Romania entered European Union in 2007) and young people migration to urban areas and to foreign countries in search for a place to work. Also, other danger that Romania is facing is deforestation. Tourism and income from it could be an alternative to distruction of the wild habitats. It can also add an income to the local economy, helping to preserve the fragile way of life of the local comunities. The best moment to visit the wild and archaic Romania was 20 years ago, the second one is NOW !!!
Sergi, Barcelona – It’s been such a great trip. Everything was perfect. We enjoyed a lot the experience, not only for the routes and places where we stayed, but for our guide Calin, who was a great person and always willing to help.
